GitHub Proxy console

EXCEPTION

Fetches every page of the GitHub Proxy console (https://githubproxy.wasmserver.com), asserting each answers, renders its own content, and does NOT render the backend-unreachable error page the console serves with HTTP 200. Liveness is checked separately so 'the console is down' stays distinguishable from 'its backend is down'.
